hi whats everyones thoughts on android 5....aka jelly bean and double booting being a possiblity in quarter2 according to ...digitimes.com..im not sure but it does make for good dream reading.

If dual booting is something you want, there is already a facsimile of it: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.drx2.bootmanager

Only works with S-OFF devices and a few other non-HTC devices.

Dual or multi-booting is when you can choose from several different operating systems to boot into at start up. In the case of Android it can mean booting into different ROMs as well.

The rumors for Android Jelly Bean, which I do not believe, supporting dual-booting with Microsoft Windows means you could choose to boot into Android or Microsoft Windows 8. Like I said, I would take that ability ever happening with a grain of salt.

I couldn't see the dual booting thing happening. Why would Google allow it. Android is already open but being able to.boot windows has no positive for Google.
