I have Android Ace J1 cell and want to remove safe system apps. It is ok to use the same list than mentioned for galaxy?

You'd be wise to find a specific list for your device to ensure that someone's already vetted those specific apps (I don't see that we have a J1-specific area here at AF for you to peruse).
Just to be extra safe and better yet, make sure you have a custom recovery installed and a Nandroid backup taken and saved-off of your device before making any change to a system app, otherwise you're asking for a soft-brick / bootloop.
