Android App in Browser

Dear All,

I would like to know , can we develop an android application, which we don't install in mobile device, instead we use it from browser ( just like a website ). For example, an app which just displays contacts list. I don't want to install it on device. Instead, I will launch it as a website and when user visits website, it will show him his contacts.

I think this is gona be the future tbh. Maybe we'l have Chrome phones or Mozilla, big ram and gpu and small storage that use web based apps so the only thing slowing us down will be our data speeds/limits (which hopefully google will step in and do something about) cant wait :beer:

This is already being done on Yahoo Contacts, Hotmail Contacts, et al. You can access all of your contacts through the web browser, and even click on a phone number to dial.
