Help Android App Issues

Anyone else having any problems with some applications on the galaxy s3. I loaded up a few older applications that are no longer on the marketplace and they don't seem to work. I receive a popup stating unfortunately app whatever has stopped.

One application is Baseball Scores by Vireo.

Any ideas? Is it Ice cream android or galaxy?
 
It's probably because those apps are not updated anymore, thus, not fully compatible with ICS or the hardware of the GS3, it's normal.
