Okay hi, my phone did not come with a usb connection so I can not download files off my phone. Can someone tell me where to get one from? Thanks

If you mean a USB cable, you should be able to find one at a local electronics retailer (Radio Shack, Best Buy, etc.) and sometimes even at larger stores like Wal-Mart, etc.
Of course, there are on-line options as well.
You'll need to know if your phone has a mini-USB or a micro-USB connector.
