Root Android custom carrier logo?

Is there any root apps which allows me to change the carrier logo like i could do when i had iphone 5?

It was an example
For example my carrier logo on iphone was originally "Netcom" but i switched it out for a pikachu icon.
Is there a way i can get the pikachu logo on the android bar like on iphone there?

Yes there is, I am not a theme person but there are many on this forum.
Which phone do you have? are there any/many custom roms for it? is there any theme work being done on it?

Currently got Galaxy S4 I9505
I am not looking for a custom rom (would be nice though since this one is a storage/ram killer) Nor a theme since that would take up ram, but a simple feature to give the phone a custom icon in the "taskbar"
the reason why i dont want a custom rom for the time being is cause i have had a bad experience by applying stock rom on a lg optimus 2x around 3 years ago.
