Help Android Ear Speaker Malfunction? Help?

Hi, just recently a problem has occurred with my phone. Its an sprint lg optimus. The problem is that the in-call volume is turned up to the max and yet it is veeerrryyy quiet. Ive gotten this phone back in january but its never had any problems. Ive already reset the phone to the factory settings and erased everything, but that had no effect. Is there something i have to do? Take it apart? clean something? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Take it to a corporate sprint store. You are still under warranty, they will fix or replace it.
