Android emulator for Win7 for restoring backup on PC?

Is there Android emulator that act like real smartphone? Where I can restore system backup taken from a real smartphone?

never heard of nod32 but my trend micro antivirus says that it is ok. i just downloaded the jars of beans downloader and it installed the j of b with no issues.
