Hello shoujianxiang! Welcome to AF
I would love to recommend some phones to you, but I do not know what options you have. Different regions of the world have different choices. Perhaps give a list of a few phones you see offered in your area, and you will get some opinions on each one. Thanks for joining up!

Hi shoujianxiang welcome to Android Forums. Let me guess you're in China, like me.
I'd recommend a Samsung Galaxy S2, S3 or a Note(if you want a larger screen), which is what I tend to recommend to most of my Chinese friends.
