Is it possible to run the latest android ICS stock browser with gingerbread software? like is there a apk i could just download and have the ICS browser on my phone? cause that would be pretty cool i hear its a lot faster than the stock gingerbread one!

Just download Opera right now. It's a lot faster than the Stock Gingerbread browser, and probably faster than the ICS one too (although I haven't used ICS, so I can't say for sure).
