Hello Droid Experts! I am trying to decide which used/refurbished Android phone to get. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am with Verizon and under NO contract.
I do have an unusual request though. I go to Mexico a lot and I can always find a wifi cafe but not always a cellular. Plus, I don't want to use cellular in Mexico, way too expensive. So, what used/refurbished Android phone would be the best for wifi use in Mexico? I would like to disable EDVO while there and have it only look for wifi connections.
Many thanks for your help and insight, it is greatly appreciated.
