Root Android is upgrading.

I am on the latest Mobster ROM and I get this message every time I reboot my my phone. Any idea what is upgrading?

Since Mobsters rom is a fast booter, the boot animation ends before the OS is finished loading. The message you see is just the end of the boot up process.
