Help Android keyboard

[AndroindNoob]

So I was wondering if there's anyway to get the android keyboard that was on the optimus for the esteem. Not a huge fan of the LG one. Or do I just have to get a third party one. Non rooted

You mean the stock android keyboard?

You mean the stock android keyboard?

Yeah I think he's referring to the stock 2.2 keyboard

[epayne123]

2.2 or 2.3 Keyboard?

[revogozoom]

He referred to the Optimus which is froyo so I imagine hes trying to get the 2.2 keyboard.

Ah, that shows how well I pay attention when I am in a hurry by missing the word Optimus HaHa

Yeah the optimus one. Idk if its me or what but the LG keyboard doesn't function as well as the android 2.2 one i.e saving words, auto correct, now I noticed if you misspell a word and delete a few letters it doesn't register the whole word just the letters you re-type,etc. I loved just being able to tap a word like "idk" and having it save. Now I find myself tapping a word evrytime I type it in.

I recommend the Swype keyboard, it takes a while to get used to but it really is alright compared to all the other keyboards... At least for me
