Hello I just bought a new straight talk LG sunrise android touchscreen phone and I have had a problem with my last 4 cell phones all with net ten and straight talk and my LG sunrise is 6 days old I have a person that is spying on me with some sort of malware or spyware for the past year and I download anti virus through google play and they software like AVAST dose not find the spyware on my phone...!!! and all that I have done with my LG Sunrise is connected through my google account that I have had for the past 4-6 months and the person is back into my brand new phone... my sign of spyware is (1) remote reboot my phone. (2) battery life is not lasting more than an hour. (3) I play a game castle clash and I be in the middle doing something and my app just shuts off. (4)mobile media is real high... My question is how is the best way that I can get rid of this issue..... and I can not get rid of my google account I have to much stuff linked to it... please some one help... thank you in advanced.....

There's a problem there, but it doesn't say "spyware" to me. And how do you know that the reboot is remotely initiated rather than a local crash?

The obvious first thing is to change your Google password and enable 2 factor authentication, because if someone has got in it's probably because they have access to your Google account. If you have any apps you installed from other sources they are more suspect. But I would seriously consider the possibility that you have some bad app or apps rather than an intrusion. Uninstall the apps you downloaded, see how it is then, then gradually reinstall.

The castle game crash sounds like a problem with that game (or you inadvertently hitting another button). As for the mobile media usage, what app is using it?

You can also Google how to put your phone in "safe mode" which disables all user apps to find out if an app is causing it.
As Hadron says, I highly doubt it's spyware
