If there was a way to change it with root explorer that would work for now, but I don't think there is. All the other apps I use with notifications I can choose my sound, I just don't understand why something so simple hasn't been included in this app yet.

for college football, Ive got no downs, no football field graphic. All i get is time left and score. :( I coulda swore I had the downs and things like that last year.
 
My app didn't update scores at all today during college football and I never got a single alert for the LSU game even though all the alerts were enabled
 
alerts were fine for myself keeping an eye on penn state. i just wish the data that used to be there was there.

i know the other dev other than aaron did say there was going to be another update in the coming days. im sure it'll address something. they're pretty good with that stuff. with every release there's going to be bugs, i guess. cant win em all
 
Yeah, looks like we messed that one up a bit. It'll be back in the next release, along with Passing/Rushing/Receiving Leaders.

We did have intermittent problems Saturday morning, but things should have cleared up by Saturday afternoon.

Holmes.J, can you please get this widget issue fixed? It's been a long time going.

Basically, for my Mets favorite, once a game ends, it goes back to showing Mets/Marlins in the Top of the 1st inning until the next game starts. If I click the widget, it takes me to a mets/marlines game summary from 8/3 with the marlins up in the top of the 1st.

as you can see, the scoring tab is slightly out of wack. I doubt a score starts out at 7-0. :)

and also when points are scored, the next play always reverts back to that 7-0 score.

not a huge problem because the wording is correct. but the ball marker on the football field does not match.

these same 'bugs' also apply to the NCAA football games. just giving the heads up.
 
This should be fixed now. It's a data issue that we come across occasionally. It sucks that it happens, so let us know when you see it and we'll get the backend guys to fix it. Those servers are being overhauled, so hopefully we can just eliminate that as an issue permanently.

Yeah, that one is kinda embarrassing. We've got a small release hopefully coming out this week to fix the scoring tab and small tweaks to the football icon on the field.

is it possible to get a scoring summary for all sports, just like baseball has at the bottom of the game details screen?
 
Sorry for being a complete rookie on this but where can i find the link for this app? i would love to have this on my new android phone :) thanks
 
Have any of you experienced your favorites being erased? We've had some complaints from users but it doesn't happen to most people. If anyone here has experienced it, please let us know - we'd like to know:
1. Your favorite teams.
2. Your phone, OS version, rooted?
3. Exact steps that caused it - how did you pick your favs, what did you do when you lost them?

nope, mine all still there..
 
My widget had been stuck on "loading games" all day. I deleted it and recreated it and also rebooted, but same thing.

Anyone else with the same issue?

Please fix.

Looks like it's the Mets causing you a problem. Drop them for now and it should work. I've passed it on to somebody who can fix that, so hopefully by EOD it should work.

The next release will have a fix where it'll load regardless.
 
I've download this, as I personally did not like Sportstap at all. Notifications did not work for me with Sportstap, but I got a notification from Sportactular during the first available opportunity last night.

Anyway, I'm sticking with Yahoo for now...not the widget, but I have the app on my homescreen.
