Root Android Lollipop?

Does anyone else have the storage switching problem? Because this phone has so little storage space I can't download very many apps and whatever. I constantly get low storage space notifications, and I can't move apps to my sd card. Is there a way to fix this? I tried using es file explorer to set the default download location but whenever I download anything (I trie a few pictures from the internet) it still sends them to the internal storage.
I was able to change the default paths with an xposed module on the kitkat builds but xposed is not compatible with lollipop. I am going to try a couple things and see if I can get apps to move to the SD and I will report back. I am sure we will get a wave of lollipop ROMs soon that will have native app2sd support.

Does modifying the platform.xml in system/etc/permissions make it work?

I have link2sd successfully working. That was quick lol. Under the mnt folder I changed the permissions for media RW to all options checked in es file explorer. I then used partition tool to mount the second partition on my SD card and checked the auto mount on boot option. I then ran link2sd and let it create the script it needed to for my ext4 partition. Rebooted and it works. I linked 4 apps and integrated one update into the system. There are probably other non paid app ways to do it. Not sure which ones though.

Excellent work on the kernel Phen! I can confirm that second core is behaving the best since all previous dev work on this phone and my CPU temperatures are staying WAY more within a reasonable range. Yooz da bomb

Anything not built from stock seems to always have radio and camera issues. Just curious about this; Do they rely on proprietary blobs? (maybe its libs I'm thinking of...)
