Android Manager For Linux/Ubuntu?

[Midna]

Is there an app where I can manage my Android in Linux: Ubuntu?

I'm using Ubuntu 11.04.

Can you clarify by what you mean by "manage your Android in Linux"?

Most Android phones do not require a computer to manage, unless you want to root or install ROMs.

Like for music, apps etc. Like the iTunes does the iPhone/iPod.

The beauty of Android is you really don't need an "iTunes" like app.

Simply put music / video / app files (.apk) on your phone's storage, like the microSD card, using any file explorer.
