Root Android Market has stopped working

I have a NOOK color which got successfully rooted. There is another thread that discusses both Market and Facebook stopped working, but Market can be made to run with numerous resets. My circumstance is that Market takes an infinite period to load. It sit there as long as overnight with no resolution.

Any ideas how to get Market to work?

Settings... applications.... all... find market and uninstall updates or (apparently clear data/cache).

Colchiro, I have a rooted NOOKcolor, and under settings...apps... there seems to be no "all" selection.

Propwnage, I did google the cache clear, but all I found was for a phone, and the tablet will need a different path, I think. Or am I just displaying ignorance?

Don't get hung up looking for "all". Somewhere in settings is where you can manage your applications. From there you can uninstall apps, uninstall updates for apps and clear data for apps. Technically, Market isn't downloaded via Market so that's why I suggested "all". CM7 has "downloaded", "running" and "all" sections.

I can only guess you're trying to install an app that's on a phone? You need to copy the apk file for that app to your sdcard and install it from there. Can you find it in Market? How about Amazon App Store? From the web?
