Hi guys,

I just bought SE X8 2 days ago.
I updated it into 2.1 with PC companion. The update went smooth.
At first I cant sign in to android market with my google account.
Then I tried to sign in to Youtube with my account and it went well.
I can sign in to Gmail as well.

The problem is, when i tried to open the Android Market, it opened the Term of Service window and it said :
"Attention : An error has occured. Please try again later. "

I have search for solutions in the web and tried these :
-Clear cache
-Remove battery
-Remove sim card
-Turn off WCDMA mode.
-Turn airplane mode on and off.
-synchronize account

My phone is not rooted or customized in any ways.

I havent tried to factory reset the phone since I am afraid I have to update it again from 1.6 to 2.1.

Anyone got the same problem ?
Please help me guys :(
Android without the market is just regular phones.

Android without the market is just regular phones.

thats normal after an update..

go to settings -> Applications -> Market -> Uninstall Updates (dont worry your phone wont degrade to 1.6 again)

check back after doing it :)

Thanks for the reply suhel28, appreciate it.

There isn't any uninstall update settings under Market.
However there is a clear cache setting, which is gray and I couldnt click it.

I will try to search for uninstall update menu.
I will let you know.

ah forget it, if tis not there it wont be anywhere..

I'll let you know if I break through any ideas
