Help Android Market update

I used aTrackDog to look for updates and it said that there was an update for the Android Market. I pressed install from market but it said it could not be found. The new version was 1.82 and I have 1.713.

How do I install the update?

I've run into similar issues with all sorts of other apps in aTrackDog as well. Does anyone know where aTrackDog pulls its update info from? Clearly it's getting it from somewhere other than the market.
