Root android market vanished

for some reason I went from synergy RC2 to RLS1 and market is no longer available, and when I go to market.android.com on my pc it says that theres not phones assigned to this account even thou I signed in on my phone. :\
 
tried rc2 again and still nothing. I believe this has something to do after removing google+ or maybe changing micro sd cards. This is driving me crazy. :\
 
this is more detailed:
Ive been running synergy rc2 for about a week or so, decided to try rls1 and for some reason as soon as i signed in to my google account I noticed that my wallpaper from rc2 came with it, not only that but the market app is no longer available and whenever I go to my online android.market.com account it says that I dont have any phones associated with this account.
but heres the thing: I wiped the hell out of this phone, you have NO CLUE how many times I wiped cache, davik-cache, and all of the other options bellow that including wipe sdcard (yes sdcard) + I flashed superwipe.
It doesnt stop here, I followed all of the steps above and tried rc2 and guess what. the same crap, no market, and my old wallpaper is there AGAIN!
then I decided to try a different rom, mikg 2.55 and voala. everything works like it should but I want synergy NON-GM.
I am running amon-ra 2.3 recovery or whatever latest version they got.
