Android Market

I heard they were blocking some tethering apps but am unsure of the specific two you posted. I heard the way to get around that was to disconnect 3g and connect via wifi to the market and download it that way. I haven't tried it for myself yet though
 
I just find this odd,my friend has the vibrant from tmobile and both these apps come up in the market.
also brother has the evo from sprint they also come up in the market place as well.Have not tried the wifi connection yet.

Can't speak for TMo since I haven't had them in awhile, but Sprint is very forgiving and they don't block any apps that I know of. I'm wouldn't be surprised to hear that tethering apps would be blocked though.
