Help Android Market

Lurker
It's weird how I can install all the free apps like for example Fruit Ninja I have the free version up and running but I try to buy the full version and in the phone, it give a message like this "ERROR, The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found" I said to me well this could be and error so I go to the web site and try to buy directly and weirdly enough I get the message "This app is incompatible with your G2(nick for my Galaxy S2). This item cannot be installed on your device. And to go even further this seem to happen with any paid app for gods sake I even try to buy a live wall, even and app and apparently none of them are compatible with my device meanwhile the free version is compatible. by the way phone is unrooted, GT-I9100, Version2.3.4.

Thanks in advance.

Interesting I did a test I bought the game x construct on my, my touch before having my galaxy S2 so since my data is backed up at Google when I got my galaxy s2 the data and apps sync with the phone and the game x construct was installed on my galaxy S2. since is a paid app I did the test of uninstalling the app, obviously the app ran well on the galaxy s2. When I went to the market to install back again it told me "This item cannot be installed on your device" DUDE I just had this installed don't tell me a stupid joke like that. I think it has to do with carriers since i'm currently on a local carrier.

I don't know your full details but a few things come to mind to check;

-On the GS2 have you set up your accounts already (google & samsung?)
-Are you accessing the market through the built in phone app or the web browser - compare your experience on the different platforms.
- The old version of Android market (standard on the phone ROM) used to have paid/free filtering - is that your situation?
- There is a setting page on the Website Android Market after you click top right of screen, that says something like "visible in menus" or conversely "invisible in menus". Not exactly sure what this does but perhaps you can experiment by changing it to see if that fixes?

1. Yeah both accounts are already set up.
2. Try both same results.
3. Not really sure here.
4. My phone is visible that's how I know that supposedly is not supported.

Well this is cool I went to the gameloaf webpage bought a game from them, Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus HD witch by the way were supposedly incompatible with my phone acording to the android market, I had to get the url for the apk directly, and now im playing with no problem so far. I think it has to do with carriers like I mention before I'm not currently with any major carrier like At&t, T-Mobile Etc. Im with Claro.
