Hello and welcome aboard, Moneill.

If you had the preinstalled market application on your device, but somehow deleted it - you should find it inside your application drawer (the place where all your applications are).

Also, you might want to check in to your device's area of support - where the other users of the same device hang-out and discuss their device.

Welcome! You know.. they replaced market with a new name "Google Play" Maybe it's in your drawer under that name?
