android phone connetion with PC and bluetooth connection problem

i am facing a problem to connect my HTC TATOO with pc
i am not getting USB and bluetooth connection with my pc
i am using windows7 kindly suggest me with usefull software link with solution
 
Welcome to Android Forums!

If you plug the phone into your PC with the USB cable, you should see an icon in the notification bar that says USB connected. Tap on that notification and enable USB storage. Your phone's sd card will then become available as a flash drive on your PC. You can copy files that way.

If you want a more extensive tool, you might want to try My Phone Explorer.
