Android phone with optical image stabilization?

I'm looking for an Android phone with really good low light video camera capabilities.

From my experience using regular digital cameras I know there is a very big difference between electronic image stabilisation (digital effect) and optical image stabilisation (real physical vibration prevention). Good optical image stabilisation may enable smooth and crisp video in dim lighting that would be impossible without it.

Are there any Android phones currently or in the pipeline that offer optical image stabilisation for video recording?

Note the optical there.
I am not looking for stabilisation (electronic stabilisation), but real optical stabilisation.

There is No such camera phone which boast optical stabilization, i think you've taken OP stabilization way too light, Optical stabilization works by shifting lenses and darn complex algorithms which controls them, and this requires way too complex system and its nearly impossible to implant in today phones considering their dimensions

BTW look how darn complex these systems are

Hopefully in the future there will be camera phones that are as sophisticated and good as traditional cameras.
