i have one of my pictures set using the android picture frame. since doing so, i have been having issues with the SD card i had the picture on and swapped it out entirely (the data was corrupted). however, the picture in the picture frame is still there. is there any way to recover that image? i'd really like not to lose it.

I'm not sure where the picture frame stores the image but you could try recovering the data from the old card. You can use handyrecovery (available in the downloads thread in my signature).
