then i got greedy!!!! lol.. i tried transferring all my backups from titanium on to it witch was originally from optimus m phone. seemed fine as well..
went to bed woke up in the morning..
and now its stuck with android.process.acore force close.
the screen goes black then it pops back up again.. i cant click on anything else.. it just keeps looping that message..
i read on other sites to try clearing the contacts cache.. but i cant even get into settings..

acore isn't a benchmarking app, (well actually idk, it might be. lol) but I'm pretty sure acore is the name of the process for the contacts app. If you're good with adb, go to adb shell and delete the folder: /data/data/com.android.providers.contacts/databases and your phone should automatically rebuild the file and the FC should stop. Tell me if it doesn't. :)

I'd go to Settings\Applications\Manage
then clear the data for the built in apps, like contacts etc... could be any one, but that should do the trick.
