Root Android SDK wont start!!!

so i download the sdk on my pc and the programs wont open....all i get is a cmd prompt that pops up and it quickly disappears... im on windows 7 64 bit...i even installed the java sdk thing and still nothing...even on a reboot... can anyone help plzz

You have to run those programs from cmd prompt

yeaaaaa i kinda figured that out now...BUT i finally got the programs working n im setting up SDK right now installing the packages
