Help Android skin/theme changed

I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail and yesterday some little icon popped up saying to download something for my phone that it required some time and could not be interrupted. It kept popping up so i figured it was for the phone. Once my phone turned back on the theme was different. it runs on android but it had little changes and i don't like how it looks. How do I change it back to its original theme? i already tried restoring my phone but that didn't work. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Boost has sent you a ota (over the air) update. by accepting this update you now a better version of your operating system. You had froyo, you now have gingerbread. The only way to go back to froyo is use odin. you can learn all about, just click on the link below. It works very and is safe. just follow the guide. although its a long thread if you have problems it has probably been address or you can ask for help.Before you go back, I have to tell you gingerbread is better I have had my prevail since day 1. It never ran soo good as it does now.
