Which android skin do you prefer - stock skin, HTC Sense, or Samsung's Touchwiz? I usually buy android phone w/ the stock skin.

I use custom launchers. Much better than any OEM launchers.
+1 for ADW Launcher EX.
I haven't tried TouchWiz, but I have Sense and Motoblur. Motoblur isn't bad, but isn't pretty. Sense is pretty, but it is big. But makes things easy to link apps and contacts together.
I like the simplier launchers that have a lot of customability. Go Launcher was good, but caused my phone to lag. The vanilla launcher is really basic. Which has it's pros and cons. ADW seems like a nice mix of everything.

I like all of the skins. Having said that, I value reliability and performance above all else, so usually the stock skin wins out since it's the least bloated.
