Android Spam?

So I was wondering about what seemed to be eating into my internal SD and I noticed that there were several folders/files in there left behind by uninstalled apps. Is there any tool or way to completely remove them automatically without me going hunting in the directories?

If you're not going to reinstall the app(s) in the future simply delete them with a file manager. They contain config/settings files or other user data and are retained as a safeguard in case there's stuff you want to keep.
