Help Android Specs

[Android Question]

Hi Friends,

I am totally new to Android. I recently installed Android in my Old laptop and found Emulator is running very
slow.

Now I am planning to buy a new laptop where I want to setup intel X86 Emulator Accelerator and make emulator fast.

I know we have 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. Is X86 different from this two.
Do i need to install some other 86 bit Operating system to make intel X86 Emulator Accelerator work.


In order to run intel X86 Emulator Accelerator very smoothly is i3 processor 4th generation sufficient.
Do I need any other particular specifications. Please Help me.
