Help Android Storage Problem

Hey there,
since a few days my phone doesn't update or install any new apps anymore, but it says I've got 1,9GB of free storage left. I've already tried like everything to solve that problem, e.g. cleaning the cache, deinstalling old apps, moving media to my SD card but it all didn't help, whenever I try to install any APK or app in the play store it says "not enough storage". I'm very confused, any ideas?

In App Management, select each app in turn and press the Clear cache button. That may help.

I can't install your app, my phone will always say 'not enough' storage. But thank you!
Maybe one day I'll figure out what the problem is ..

Try booting into recovery (you'll have to search for instructions for your model) and clear the cache there - it's the operating system cache, sometimes that helps.
