Android system draining battery

When I go to my battery usage android system is usually over 50% and I have most everything I know of that drains your battery turned off such as GPS, auto sync, bluetooth, I turn my brightness down, and I turn WiFi off when I'm not using it but android system is still draining my battery. My battery is at 62% right now and it's not even 10 am. Here is a screenshot if I can get it posted. Any help is appreciated.

Moved your thread to the Android Lounge for the time being to get some more eyes on it. It would be very helpful if we knew what exactly the device was though.
