Android System draining battery

Can't figure out what's going on here but occasionally android system will just suck my battery dry (as indicated by Gsam battery monitor). I've disabled 4G and GPS but these didn't seem to help, anybody have any tips for me? Unrooted but if I have to root to stop this battery drain, I will.

Android system only sucks as much power as the apps demanding services cause it to.

Tap on Android system in GSam, the culprit will be in the list...

Yes I noticed this, but it doesn't really indicate what's doing it. There's about 30 different things listed under included packages.

Try running for a bit in safe mode, see if it changes.
