Android system recovery <3e>

Hi,

Yesterday, suddenly I found my Samsung Galaxy GRAND GT-19082 with the "Android system recovery <3e>" screen.

With 4 options like reboot, wipe factory, and ......

I tried to google this and could see go to reboot and press lock button, it willl restart and it will be normal.

I did the same, but from last 6 hours my phone was stuck with SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND logo.

Then again I removed the battery and placed it, now again it is with

Android system recovery <3e>

reboot system now
apply update from ADB
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from cache.

Please help me out.

Thanks in advance.

I would almost say you either are accidentally pressing another button while turning on or you got a stuck button? But probably neither of them are true then it comes down to faulty phone or bad root (if rooted)

Sorry I couldn't help better.

Does it go directly back to that screen if you choose to reboot or do a battery pull and power back on?

Welcome to android forums! :)

I am stuck in between. I am having the same situation now. Please guide me how to solve this by providing a step to step approach.
