Help Android System Update and Full BackUp?

Hello to everyone reading this!

I was wondering if there s a confirmed way to do a full app and data backup
after resetting everything when the new 2.1 android is available!

I d hate to set up everything again from scratch.

use TITANIUM BACKUP and backup all your system and 3rd party applications...
