Android tablet 7" Locked all folder.

[linksmart]

Hi,

I have a 7" tablet and after I had to reset to factory setting it has locked all folder including the sd card. It will run applications but I can no longer store music and videos.
Can any one point me in a direction of how I may change the read/write properties. I have download a number of file managers but they cannot help. I think I need to get the master user to fix this issue.

Thanks for any help.
THe tablet is a Teclast P76h

Regards
Peter
