Android VNC Server

I prefer a solution that doesn't require a USB connection. (VMLite VNC Server works over WiFi, but requires USB connection anytime you reboot, so not really a good solution.)
 
I rooted and DroidVNC Server still isn't working. It errors on START of the server.

Edit: Errors:
can't open fb device
failed to create virtual input device
unsupported pixel depth
