Android with Nawras , Oman

I recently bought Samsung Galaxy S3 , the phone behaves odd sometimes. Suddenly it is not receiving calls and the caller gets
 
I know nothing about Oman mate but it sounds like its the Nawras carrier thats at fault
PS, turning Flight Mode on then off should do the same thing as restarting the phone but it'l be faster :thumbup:
