I've cleared the dalvik and cache, and restarted lots of times :( Still no luck. I have the option to change keyboard, just when I click on other keyboards, it minimizes the keyboard, then when I click on the text bar it shows up with the Samsung IME again :mad:
 
How do you try changing keyboards? If I do it I go to settings and change from their, I'm sure I saw another way..... Other idea would be to change down to 15.2?

I go and type a message, then pull the scroll down, then "select input method". I've also found another bug :( Don't know if it's just my phone but I can't change the lock screen wallpaper. It has the option to change it, select the image, crop it, then "Save".. Once it's saved, I lock my phone and the wallpaper is my default desktop wallpaper.. Weird :S.
I can live with those two things though, doesn't bother me too much to have me clearing all my data and resintalling apps/messages etc. haha.
I think I should wait for the V16 4.0.4 XWLPT as brightman said , hopefully this sunday?
 
Go to settings, language and input, and change default keyboard in there..... As for the lock screen, going to settings, display and lock screen change it in there?
 
Ohwell, sorry can't help, as I say, you could maybe try downgrading to.2? Or just wait for 16....or even try another ROM altogether?
 
Hi has anyone got a link or dropbox for AndyX ROM v15.3
cant download from official site and find it hard to read that typing crap before you gotta download it , keeps saving somthing i dont understand,cheers if poss:)

Maybe waiting for v16 be a better option? If its due out soon (I did see this in the comments section!)
 
Well seems that its defo today sometime... Thread title had changed to v16, just not been uploaded etc yet...don't know if I'm going to go for it or not though lol
 
Ive eventually got the 15.3 v and have tried about 3 more roms since but the 15.3 is brilliant cant fault it ,ive come off neat rom and not gone back to it,if i try v16 i,ll backup 15.3 and do a fresh install of v16 then prob go back to it again,having a lot of data probs with new JB type roms ive tried .:(
 
Well I did it, downloaded and reflashed the siyah 4.1.1 ass I am and was dual booting, however v16 doesn't seem to be working as expected..... titanium backup ain't working or super user (hence titanium isn't working!)

Me thinks I'm going to flash back to cm10! Or try another couple of roms....lol
 
Installed V16 yesterday, I've been having problems with V15.3 for changing keyboards and lock screen wall paper, but it has all been fixed now, which I'm pleased. But when I set up facebook sync to my phone book, there are no photos, they are all joined correctly and everything, but just no contact photo. Also when I add a short cut contact to the main screen, it has a blue fuzzy line over their face/icons. APart from that, it is really fast but it freezes now and then, I've had no problems with titanium or anything. :D
 
Clearly Not Many People Using It Anyway, But The Page Appears To Be Down For Done Unknown Reason....At Least The Link Isn't Working.....Not Too Bothered Though As I Tend To Be Using Cm10 As My Daily Anyway, Only A Few Minor Issues(Like CapitulIsing Every Word In Swype! Lol)

Tested v16 and everything seems pretty good. This could be the best ROM ever but. But button problem: in my I9100 SGS2 background colour of buttons is black an so is the colour of text:(. You have to guess what button is what. Not nice eh? Help anyone?

Hey Mate, can your facebook photos sync properly with all your contacts? if you use facebook. Also, try adding a contact shortcut on the main screen, do you get a blue fuzzy line?

Time for an update!

v17 is out now!!

Updated (now working) link in the OP! Downloading now and can't wait to see the changes from v15.2

I'll have it up on a dropbox mirror hopefully tonight for those having trouble with adesirello's method of hosting roms :P
 
That's a shame. I've found v17 to be quite a nice change so far. Obviously very smooth and stable as AndyX is known for, but there's a few nice JB tweaks in there too, even if it hasn't been officially updated yet!
