Angled micro usb with a slim connector?

Not a problem in finding angled micro usb connector, but most of them are too wide to fit through any of the cases, unless you make a bigger cutout in the case itself. Anybody had a luck finding one with a narrow connector part, similar in width to OEM straight connector?

To the side. I don't think I ever seen anything like that angled to the rear? All the one to the side have a big connector mold that interferes with cases. If I can just find one in the same width as original straight connector - that would be ideal! Thanks!!!

Found this one on eBay ($3.50 shipped). 3ft, right angled micro usb, and the connector seems to be narrow enough (hopefully!!!)
