Angry Birds Lite Beta 2 is now available at the Android Market and GetJar getjar.com/Angry-Birds-Lite-Beta. Please note that this is the beta version of the application, which is still undergoing final testing before official release. Angry Birds Lite Beta 2 is an unfinished version of the application and may not reflect the final gameplay.

I'm at work so I can't check the game out, is it just bug fixes or were any more levels added or anything?
 
This is just bug fixes. the game wouldnt even load on a bunch of devices. we were one of the few that it worked great on. The beta 2 seems to be running better on all devices now. this is good news. just means we are closer to the finished product and a full version.

I hope they fixed the Droid X lock up problem. It wasnt happening to all of them but it was locking up my X completely and i could do nothing but either do a battery pull or wait for it to reboot 5 mins later. Im still a little afraid to install it but i guess it would be good if i did so i could provide some feedback.
 
yup. looks the same, loads faster which was a gripe i had. once you finished a level, it took a while to get to the menu list unless you manually pushed the menu button.
 
I'm updating now; I had no problems with my Droid X. This is an addictive little game, I played for hours killing time at work. My girlfriend hijacked my phone last night and disapeared for over an hour came back to brag she beat my high scores...

Great game.
 
I still notice the same problem I had in the first beta version of the game. I use Handsent as my texting applicaiton and whenever I receive a message in a game, the game will pause and I can reply to the message before continuing the game.

So now when I'm playing Angry birds and I get a text message the game freezes.. and shuts down.

I'll send my comments again.
 
BTW, if you're running Froyo, this game defaults to installing on the SD card, which causes it to load a bit slower.

I moved it over back to main memory and it launcher super quick.
 
After playing it for a while on my X, it lags then starts to lock up. Phone won't work properly without a reboot after this happens. Still, VERY fun and addictive game. Looking forward to the full version.
 
7 is the only one that i can't get 3 on well beta 1 atleast i will be checking out beta 2 later
