annoying blue icon typing??

Whenever im trying to type an annoying blue button blocks one key, and when i click it it looks like the clipboard contents get pasted.. how do i remove/delete/clear this.. its bugging me and its been going on for 2 days now

try to take a screenshot using the back then home key of the problem and upload it so we know what u are talking about

Sorry, not the OP here, but when I try to obtain a screen shot, it says that it's unable to capture screen. Please try again. Any idea what's happening?
