Help Annoying low ext mem message

Since yesterday i keep getting this exclamation mark in the toolbar at the top of the screen, which says "10% of external memory free".

I've got a 16 GB memcard, 164 apps installed, and according to my little memory app i've got :

Internal memory : 705 MB storage available.

External memory : 1.55 GB storage available


Why does it keep coming up with that message, and is there anyway i can shut it up ?

Last night at 04:00 AM my phone woke me up when that message popped up again twice in a row, using the message sound i've set for my emails.

I've got a rooted Sensation with that Revalation ROM from here.

Try an app called app cache cleaner from the market, should free up some room and get rid of it
