annoying problems with dhd..

1.my contacts keep syncing all the time...i have around 300 contacts and they all are linked to fb...bt i dnt know why my dhd keeps syncing them and now i have like 10-11 sun contacts in one contact with the same name....i think it copies in it...so now my contacts gos to 100 mb...and when i try to call it gives me 10-11 options with the same name and number...i tried factory reset...stopping sync..deleting all the contacts and putting them again...bt again it copies them....i am seriously annoyed with it....i need to sync it with fb so i can have their picture and bdays on contacts....how to resolve it??

2. and i am also annoyed with android and all the phone makers...i mean from the last 2 years i am using android...i change my phone within every 2 months....i have used se xperia x10, galaxy s, desire, wildfire, galaxy tab, milestone, and now desire hd and planning to buy a new one may b sensation....bt the thing is we guys pays a lot of money to buy these high end phones and what we get?? why there has to be some problems in each and every phone...why these companies cant stick to fewer phones and just try to make them perfect...why theres always some issues with all the phone...some has software problems...some have hardware...bt none is perfect...one thing i like about apple is they have fewer devices...so they continously checks their problems...and with every software you get fewer bugs..i stick to iphone 3g for 2 years...bt i have to change android in every two months..cause after that they dont get any update...and the problems remains there forever...
after all these are phone...so there basic function is calling, sms, email, music, camera, battery backup....now just think a bit and ask yourself which of these high end android phones have all these basic functionality working just perfect without any hardware or software problem...just think about it...

My dhd works great. I had a couple minor problems which are now fixed. I can see myself using this phone for at least another year.

Maybe make your next phone an iPhone then? You'd apparently be solving your issue there.

As it is I'm very happy with my DHD, I'll get 2 years out of it and I've never had a phone longer than a year for the past 5 years.

1. Did this happen with all your other phones or just your latest? What "view" are you using? Have you got SIM and Phonebook etc all ticked so that you are possibly doubling up?

2. Microsoft still crashes despite all their millions of investment. There is no "perfect" software or hardware so you need to maybe lower your expectations?

I've had numersous phones, samsungs. nokias, apple etc etc.. but my DHD is the first phone I actually enjoy tinkering with everyday. Yea, it has it quirks but this is one phone my wife wont be getting passed onto her anytime soon =)
