Yeah, I use Gesture on Dolphin all the time. I don't know if I'd use it for Contacts and such, but it is great for the browser.

Btw, I'm still using 1.5

This comes from my experience with the Dolphin Browser. If I'm looking at a webpage and want to go home, I touch the gesture hand, draw a triangle (my gesture for going home), and it brings up my homepage. I've got R set for refresh, B for bookmark. It's easier than scrolling through the menu.
