Hope this isn't a repost.
When you're busy and get a call. Instead of just sliding up and declining the call. Press the menu button. Then select Send Message. The phone will decline the call and take you to the SMS app with a canned message. To change the message go to the phone. Press menu then phone settings. Then press Edit Default Message.
