Help Another dock icons question

Ive searched like crazy and cant find a way to do this without using launcherpro. I know how to change my doc icons but i need to know if there is a way to edit the image and name of them, i have tried anycut and descktop visualizer but they only edit the home screen apps, not the dock apps. Is this possible?

If you want to edit the image of them, you need to use a different launcher.
